Sir,
Under the instruction from and on behalf of my client;
Raj Singh S/o Bharat Singh, R/o H.No.1578/31, Chhotu
Ram Colony, Gohana Road, Sonepat, I have the honour to
serve you with the following legal notice:-
1. That my client had given Rs.1,40,000/- (One Lakh
Forty Thousand) to you for the purpose of sending his
daughter-in-law namely Kusam Lata and Grand
Daughter Vedika to Canada on 21.07.2023 at his
residence at Sonepat and a video clip was also prepared
when you were counting the currency notes at that time
and necessary documents i.e. Certificate of Education
and Passports of both were also handed over to you
2. That you assured my client that you will arrange visa
for both of them and told that you have connection in
the embassies of both the countries i.e. India and
Canada, but you failed to facilitate their move to
Canada as agreed upon and you harassed my client by

giving false promises and ultimately you return the

amount of Rs.99,000/- (Ninety Nine Thousand) along
documents of Kusam Lata and Vedika on 28.01.2024
and further assured that you will return the remaining
amount of my client within one month, but Despite
repeated requests of my client, there has been no
satisfactory explanation or refund of the remaining
amount i.e. Rs.41,000/- (Forty one Thousand) and you
stopped to pickup the phone of my client and are
threatening my client that you have links in present
Haryana Government and nobody has dare to take any
action against you.
3. That above said amount of my client is of hard earned
money and you are liable to return the same along with
interest which you have received dishonestly and with
the intention to cheat my client on false assurances.
Hence, through this legal notice you are hereby
called upon to return the amount of Rs.41,000/- (Forty
One Thousand) along with interest to my clients within
30 days of receipt of this legal notice, in case of failure,
my client shall be constrained to initiate legal
criminal/civil proceedings against you in the competent
court of law having jurisdiction and in that event, you
shall be liable and responsible for all costs and
expenses incurred by my client.

Note:- A copy of this notice is retained for reference and

further follow up.
