I am writing to you to express my desire to serve as an elementary teacher in your established institution. I have
just received my diploma last 30 th of May 2022 from the University of Mindanao- Davao Main Campus with
Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary major in Generalist. I took my Licensure Examination for Professional
Teacher last October 2, 2022 and now I am waiting for the positive result of the said Board Examination.
During my last year in college, I did my practice teaching in University of Mindanao-Basic Education. My six
months of internship in the said school brought me much of learning especially in handling classroom
management, assessing learner’s needs and supervision. In the same manner, cooperating teacher’s taught me
how to act professionally in dealing with various situations that have something to do with school maters such
as dealing with parents and guardians of the students as well as working on school activities and other related
educational programs.
Throughout my internship course, I strongly believe that it helped me be more prepared to a greater challenge
which is to finally embrace the job of being a full-time educator. Given my ample time of training in college,
I’m certain that I am prepared to work and do the obligations of an educator and I have any idea that your
reputed institution can give me the best opportunity to develop myself professionally.
As a fresh graduate , I am willing to be trained and undergo series of workshop and lectures if you may ask to
do so when you hire me. I am ready to shape by the teacher training programs you provide for your employees.
I am ready to take responsibilities of a teacher as I have gained through the series of lectures, different seminars
and trainings I attended in the past.
