Organizing a Business Trip

1. The Company
You work for ViaVera - Travel & Events. The agency is dedicated to planning and organizing business trips
and corporate events. It crafts and brings to life made-to-measure abroad for groups and companies of all
sizes from a wide of business sectors.

2. The situation
You do a lot of business with HW Fisher in London, the company provides expert accounting, audit, and
financial services.

Your customers are very demanding but very loyal, so you always want to do your best for them. You
receive the following email from the HR department of International Assets.

Get small groups and create a really dynamic proposal for HW Fisher. Each group will then present
their commercial proposal.

Dear partners,

We would like to organize a “team building” weekend for all our exhausted auditors.
There will be 20 people who will be needing both rest and comfort, as well as stimulating and team-building
activities.

The departure will be from Heathrow Airport London on June 21st.
We would like you to make us an all-inclusive proposal for the three days.
