To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter on behalf of my student, Melika McDonald. Melika has been one of the
members of the 2023-2024 Yearbook staff at El Capitan High School.

Melika is an extremely hard worker, and has demonstrated this multiple times throughout the
year during Yearbook production. When given a task or assignment, she immediately dives into
work and gives her best effort. She will often be one of the first students to volunteer to assist in
production, even on pages and spreads that she was not assigned to. This demonstrates a very
dependable team-centered mindset.

Her willingness to work hard, collaborate with teammates and complete challenging tasks in a
short amount of time. These qualities will greatly aid her in her post-high school goals. She
hopes to enroll in a nursing program and eventually earn her BSN, specializing in labor and
delivery.

Based on the work I have seen from Melika this year, I have no doubt she will succeed in
whatever she sets her mind to.

I wish her luck in her future endeavors.
