But we also recognised a gap, a need for a space where creatives could come together, collaborate, and
inspire each other. That's what motivated us to start Inspire Ipswich.

Our vision for Inspire Ipswich is to create a multidisciplinary creative centre, a hub for artists, musicians,
magicians, software engineers, and more. We've found the perfect location in the heart of Ipswich, a space
with a rich history and plenty of potential. We see it as a canvas, ready to be transformed into a vibrant,
creative community. We're excited about the possibilities, from turning the historic vault into a recording
studio to hosting seminars and workshops for corporate clients. We believe in the power of creativity and

Inspire Ipswich will be legally structured as a limited company. This structure offers several benefits, including
limited liability, which means that personal assets of the shareholders are not at risk if the company runs into
financial difficulties. It also provides a clear distinction between the company and its owners, which can be
beneficial for tax purposes. Furthermore, operating as a limited company can enhance the credibility and
professional image of the business, which may help in attracting clients and investors.

Currently, Inspire Ipswich has not been incorporated and registered with Companies House. However, this is a
necessary step in establishing a limited company in the UK. The registration process will provide us with a
unique company number and certify that our business legally exists. This will also allow us to take advantage
of the benefits associated with operating as a limited company.
