GOAL
What job role will allow a single Fusion user to view all ESS Scheduled Processes/Jobs?
SOLUTION
Access to monitor all the ESS scheduled processes/jobs under Tools -> Scheduled Processes is given by the application role: ESS Monitor Role - ESS infra monitor
role, has read-only privileges for monitoring.
This privilege also allows the users to download the log files. To give the privilege to access the output log files please review How to View the Output of an ESS
Jobs Submitted By Another User Based on Role? (Doc ID 1980772.1)
Below are given some steps on how to assign this privilege to the users.

The security console does not show the Monitors role therefore here are the steps to assign the application role ESS Monitor Role to an user.

• In the Users tab you can add user to this new created role
• Run ESS process 'Import User and Role Application Security Data'
• Once completed logout/login again with the user which was granted access
• Verify if the user is able to see all the ESS jobs in Tools -> Scheduled Processes
