Design Considerations:

The Architect was asked by the client to design a hotel building that will be located in a 4,423 sqm lot. It
is a corner lot located in Iloilo City. Most of the clients will be travelers and people who will attend conventions
and seminars but with the new building in mind, the owner wants the hotel to be one of the architectural icons
of the city.
