    A Real Estate Branch Office

    TCVPI the real estate arm of Sombra Corporation decided to construct its branch office
    located at Parañaque City. Your task is to design an office building that will cater sales agent,
    prospective buyers, and homeowners for the luxury tropical housing development. At the rear
    of the office is the community park, while on its sides were small commercial structures.
    Consider application of pertinent laws i.e. nbcp, bp 344, etc. Showcase your knowledge of
    design, building technologies and utilities that adheres to sustainable architecture. The designer
    can add other spaces that deemed necessary.
