SUBJECT : CY 2024 LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA INCENTIVES AWARD

(LTIA) PRE-ASSESSMENT CHECKLIST

DATE : APRIL 3, 2024

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 394 series of 1997, the Department of the Interior
and Local Government provides recognition for the exemplary performance of
Lupong Tagapamayapa in strengthening the effectiveness of Katarungang
Pambarangay as an indigenous conflict resolution structure at the grassroots.

In view of the CY 2024 Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Award (LTIA)

Assessment, all barangays are advised to submit the accomplished LTIA Checklist
on or before April 12, 2024, at 12:00 NN, through this link:
