a. Conference Notice dated March 20, 2024 with subject Cascading on
Revised UPER Parameters.
b. Memorandum from Chief, RIDMD dated March 22, 2024, with the
same
subject above.

2. This pertains to the dissemination of the revised UPER parameters

conducted by RIDMD on March 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM via a virtual platform. During
the roll call of attendees, you were noted absent or did not promptly attend the
meeting.

3. In this regard, you are directed to explain in writing the reason for the
absence
or tardiness during the aforementioned activity, despite being given advanced notice.
Further, submit said explanation to this office NLT March 25, 2024.
