2. This is to reiterates the memorandum issued by Chief Admin, DMFB

regarding the Use of Force Policy and Force Continuum on February 13, 2024
(Tuesday), directing all MPD personnel to follow and use firm language with a
moderately loud voice and directives or instructions to make the person/group more
cooperative or complaint when facing a resisting subject in a given situation.
