SUBJECT: Call for the Nomination for Qualified Persons and

Organization/Institutions or the 2024 Conferment of
Pammadayaw Awards

DATE : January 17, 2024

1. Reference: Letter from the Office of Provincial Governor of La Union

with above subject.

2. This pertains to the Conferment of “Pammadayaw Awards” to be given

by the Provincial Government of La Union to distinguished and qualified
individuals and service organization within and outside of La Union for their
outstanding contributions and achievements which greatly contributed to the
attainment of peace, unity, and prosperity of the province and its people.

3. In this regard, disseminate to all interested PNP personnel in your Area

of Responsibility (AOR) to submit the needed documents to the Office of the
Governor of La Union through the Office of the Provincial Administrator, including
complete attachments on or before January 31, 2024. Likewise, attached
herewith are the Letter of the Governor; Guidelines, Category, Criteria and
Parameters of the said award for your reference.
