SUBJECT : After Activity Report of Maintenance of Library/E-Library

1. References:
a. Monthly HRDD Report on General Doctrine Development Division
(GDDD); and

b. Memorandum from TDHRDD dated July 28, 2022 with subject DHRDD
Revised UPER Parameters.
2. This pertains to the guidance of TDHRDD in the maintenance of Library/E-
Library of all Unit/Stations included in the New UPER Parameter of CPOs, PPOs and
RMFB.

3. In view hereof, at about 07:10 AM of April 4, 2024, Pat Alexander Vargas,

Asst. HRDD PNCO, conducted inventory and maintenance of Library/E-library to
include uploading and printing of the following: (a) PNP Related Laws, Issuances,
Regulations, Policies, MCs, CMCs, SOPs, Directives; (b) Others Issuances such as
(CSC Issuances, NAPOLCOM Issuances, Ordinances, and other Related Laws
pertaining to PNP and (c) Book Manuals, Journals Accomplishments Report and other
Learning references.

4. Attached herewith are the pictures taken during the said activity.
