ARTICLE 1 DATE OF EFFECTIVENESS AND APPLICATION OF THE


PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE

Section 1

- This act shall be known as the Philippine National Police Code

Section 2
- This code shall take effect following the completion of the publication at the official channel of
PNP

Section 3
- All PNP personnel, regardless of rank or position, must be knowledgeable of the rules and
regulations that govern the Philippine National Police.

Section 4
- Personnel must respect their superiors. Failure to do so may be punished according to the
succeeding provisions of this code.

ARTICLE 2 APPLICATION FOR ROLE

Section 5
- Personnel must follow the appropriate procedure of application for the role that they have
selected. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the
service.

ARTICLE 3 PROMOTION

Section 6
- Promotions shall be based on merit and fitness, and personnel are prohibited from asking for
promotions in private messages. Any personnel who violate this provision shall be subject to
disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the service.

ARTICLE 4 CHAIN OF COMMAND


Section 7.
- The chain of command is the line of authority and responsibility that runs from the President of
the Philippines, the Commander-in-Chief of the PNP, down to the lowest-ranking personnel.

Section 8.
- All personnel of the PNP are required to obey the orders of their superiors, regardless of their
rank or position.

Section 9.
- Personnel who violate the chain of command may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and
including dismissal from the service.

Section 10.
- The chain of command is essential to the effective operation of the PNP. It ensures that there is a
clear line of authority, and that orders are carried out quickly and efficiently.

ARTICLE 5 DRILL COMMAND


Section 11. Drill Commands.
- The Philippine National Police (PNP) shall adopt and use a system of drill commands to control
the movements of its personnel. The drill commands shall be in English and shall be consistent
with the drill commands used by the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The drill commands shall be used to:

* Maintain discipline and order.


* Improve efficiency.
* Increase morale.

The PNP shall use the drill commands as a guide in conducting its operations. The drill
commands shall be taught to all PNP personnel during basic training. They will also be regularly
reviewed and refreshed throughout a PNP personnel's career.

The PNP may use these drill commands as a starting point, or it may develop its own drill
commands based on the needs of the PNP.

The PNP shall ensure that its drill commands are clear, concise, and easy to understand. The drill
commands shall also be consistent with the PNP's mission and values.

The PNP shall use its drill commands to create a professional and disciplined force. The drill
commands shall help to ensure that PNP personnel are able to work together effectively and
efficiently. The drill commands shall also help to instill a sense of pride and accomplishment in
PNP personnel.

The PNP shall use its drill commands to protect the people and the country. The drill commands
shall help to ensure that PNP personnel are able to respond to threats to public safety and order.
The drill commands shall also help to deter crime and violence.

ARTICLE 6 PROHIBITION

MAJOR
Section 12- Failure to obey order or regulation

-It defines disobeying a direct order as three types of offenses: violations, or failures to
obey lawful general orders or regulations; failures to obey other lawful orders; and
dereliction of duty.

Section 13- Disrespecting your superior

-Disrespecting one's superior is any behavior that shows a lack of respect or contempt for
a person of higher rank, status, or authority. This can include insults, criticism, belittling
language, interrupting, or refusal to comply with orders.
Section 14 - Usage of emotes while being on duty.

-Using the dance command and emote is prohibited while on duty or in-game.

Section 15 - Provoking speeches or gestures

-applies to all PNPA personnel who make provocative speeches or use reproachful
words and gestures towards another person, also covered by this article. If the offense is
brought to the attention of a higher authority and if the elements of the crime are proven
beyond a reasonable doubt, the defendant will face an appropriate sanction.

Section 16 - Improper wearing of uniform

-Improper wearing of a uniform is any form of wearing uniform that fails to adhere to the
guidelines and regulations. Improper wearing of uniform can include wearing the wrong
type of uniform, not wearing the uniform correctly or completely while on duty.

Section 17 - Improper use of vehicles

-improper use of vehicles, Helicopter ignoring the rules and regulations and improper
parking of vehicles that disturb others.

Section 18 - Driving without license

-It is the person who drives the car without any permission & license of the Philippine
National Police, this will be Moderated all the time. This violation may depend on the
Land Transportation Office.

Section 19 - Regimental Hopping

- It is the person & crime who discharges on any division and then joins the division within the next
day. This violation punishment may depend on the National Headquarters.

Section 20 - Misuse of firearms or other weapons.


- This includes using firearms or other weapons for personal gain, such as robbery or murder. It
also includes using firearms or other weapons in a reckless or negligent manner, which could
result in injury or death.

Section 21 - Discrimination or harassment.


- This includes discriminating against or harassing any person, including members of the public,
other PNP personnel, or PNP personnel's families, on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual
orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Section 22 - Improper use of social media.

- This includes using social media to spread false information, to harass or intimidate others, or to
engage in other activities that are prohibited by the PNP's social media policy.
Section 23 - Conduct unbecoming of a police officer.

- This includes any conduct that is not in keeping with the high standards of conduct that are
expected of PNP personnel, such as engaging in illegal activities, being intoxicated on duty, or
engaging in behavior that is disrespectful to the public or to other PNP personnel.

MODERATE

Section 21 - Free ranking

-It is the crime to rank any personnel without advising any Headquarters of the Philippine
National Police Academy, And not informing any divisional high commands.

Section 22 - Extortion

-It is the obtaining money, property, or services from an individual or organization through
coercion. Typically, extortion involves threatening physical harm or illegal action against
the victim if they do not comply with the demands of the perpetrator.

Section 23 - Bribery

-Bribery is the act of giving, offering, or receiving something of value, often money, in
order to influence the recipient's opinion, vote, action, or decision. It may also take the
form of a reward or a promise, while both offering and accepting bribes may be
considered criminal offenses.

ARTICLE 7 PROHIBITION

Section 23 Punishment for Major Offenses.

- The following are the punishments for major offenses under this Article:

For the first offense, a warning will be issued.


For the second offense, a suspension of up to 15 days will be imposed.
For the third and subsequent offenses, expulsion from Roblox and Discord will be imposed.
In addition to the above punishments, the offender may also be demoted.

Note that Section 25 is only a guide and any punishment will be depending on the severity of the issue.

Section 24. Appeals.


- Any person who is aggrieved by a decision under this Article may appeal to the National
Headquarters of the Philippine National Police.

Section 25. Severability.


- If any provision of this Article is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Article shall remain in full
force and effect.

ARTICLE 8 SCOPE OF THIS CODE

Section 26 – Scope
- This Code shall be used only for roleplaying purposes and will not serve as a real government
document. It is not intended to be a substitute for actual legal advice or representation.
