ARTICLE 1 About Philippine Army

Section 1
- The Philippine Army is the land component of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. It is
the principal ground combat force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and is
responsible for the defense of the Philippines against external and internal threats.

Section 2
- The Philippine Army is organized into three branches: the Infantry, the Armor, and the
Artillery. The Infantry is the main combat branch of the Army, and it is responsible for
close-quarters combat. The Armor is responsible for providing armored support to the
Infantry, and the Artillery is responsible for providing fire support to the Infantry and other
branches of the Army.

Section 3
- The Philippine Army is headquartered in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila. It is commanded
by the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, who is a four-star general.

Section 4
- The Philippine Army is a professional military force, and its members are required to
uphold the highest standards of conduct. They are also required to obey the laws of the
Philippines, the rules of engagement, and the Military Code of Conduct.

ARTICLE 2 Effectivity of this Manual

Section 5
- This manual shall be known as the "Philippine Army Manual."

Section 6
- This manual shall take effect following the completion of the publication at the official
channel of the Philippine Army.

Section 7
- Regardless of rank or position, all Philippine Army personnel must know the rules and
regulations governing the Philippine Army.

Section 8
- Personnel must respect their superiors. Failure to do so may be punished according to
the succeeding provisions of this manual.

ARTICLE 3 APPLICATION FOR ROLE

Section 9
- Personnel must follow the appropriate procedure of application for the role that they
have selected. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including
dismissal from the service.

ARTICLE 4 PROMOTION

Section 10
- Promotions shall be based on merit and fitness, and personnel is prohibited from asking
for promotions in private messages. Any personnel who violate this provision shall be
subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the service.

Mission

“To organize, train, equip, deploy and sustain ground forces in the conduct of support to
operations to “win the peace” in order to help the Filipino nation create an environment
conducive for sustainable development and just and lasting peace”

“The vision of the Philippine Army is to be a professional, capable, and responsive army that is a
source of national pride. ”

Section 12 Philippine Army “Chain of Command”

Section 12a. The chain of command is the line of authority and responsibility that runs from the
President of the Philippines, the Commander-in-Chief of the Philippine Army, down to the
lowest-ranking personnel.

Section 12b. All personnel of the Philippine Army are required to obey the orders of their
superiors, regardless of their rank or position.

Section 12c. Personnel who violate the chain of command may be subject to disciplinary action,
up to and including dismissal from the service.

Section 12d. The chain of command is essential to the effective operation of the Philippine Army.
It ensures that there is a clear line of authority and that orders are carried out quickly and
efficiently.

ARTICLE 6 Drill Command

Section 14.

- The Philippine Army (PA) shall adopt and use a system of drill commands to control the
movements of its personnel. The drill commands shall be in Filipino for personnel fluent
in Filipino and English for personnel not fluent in Filipino.

Section 15.

- The PA shall provide training in Filipino drill commands to all personnel who are not
fluent in Filipino.

Section 16.

- The PA shall ensure that all personnel are familiar with the drill commands that are used
in the PA, regardless of their language proficiency.

ARTICLE 7 Code of Conduct.

Section 17 Philippine Army Rules and Regulations

Section 17a. All personnel of the Philippine Army are required to read and fully understand the
PA Rules and Regulations. This is to avoid confusion, mistreatment, and misunderstanding.

Section 17b. The succeeding section shall serve as overall regulations of the Army, as well as to
guide them on their actions throughout the Army.

Section 17c. Disobeying the PA Rules and Regulations shall be punished correctly and in a
proper way.

The penalties for violating the PA Rules and Regulations shall be determined by the commanding
officer of the unit where the violation occurred. The penalties may include, but are not limited to,
the following:

● Demotion in rank
● Suspension from duty
● Dismissal from the service

The specific penalties that are imposed will depend on the severity of the violation. However, the
goal of the penalties is to deter future violations and to maintain discipline and order in the Army.

Section 18 Discord Server Rules


Section 18a. Any kind of NSFW, overly sexualized, “furry”, gory, racist, or otherwise disturbing or
disgusting content is strictly prohibited. Likewise, posting links to such materials also is prohibited.

Section 18b. No arguing with other Members in the discord. Arguments are to be kept in DMs, never on
the server. If officer intervention is needed, let one of them know. If someone is mistreated due to a
personal-related issue by an officer, the offenders will be stripped of their rank.

Section 18c. Spamming channels, be it with rapid messaging or overly sized messages, is not allowed.
(Only exception is the # ┃memes)

Section 18d. Advertising other Communities/Groups/Games in the server or DMs is STRICTLY


forbidden and will result in a ban. (Unless authorized by the Commander or President.)

Section 18e. Keep religious, controversial, political, or similar conversations in DMs.

Section 18f. Use channels properly. Their names should be self-explanatory. If you’re still unsure of the
channel’s use, check its description at the top.

Section 18g. Rallying against other players and harassing them is forbidden. “ghost-pinging”,
“spam-pinging”, “unneeded pings” and “pinging a group of people” and similar actions are not allowed.

Section 18h. Leaking someone’s personal information such as IPs, Face, personal images, age,
passwords, names, and doxxing without their consent will result in a ban. Joking is not allowed in any
shape.

Section 18i. Creating loopholes or trying to exploit the wording of the rules is not allowed, High
command gets the last say in arguments about the rules.

Section 18j. Racist or homophobic comments and the use of slurs of any kind are prohibited for everyone,
trying to bypass this will also count.

Section 18k. Alternate accounts are not allowed.

Section 18l. We follow Roblox and Discord ToS

Section 18m. Being toxic towards the staff is unacceptable behavior. Constructive criticism is one thing,
but complaining for the sake of complaining is not allowed.

Section 18n. For Government & HQ, No side chatting in the Important Announcement, Side
Announcement or in any announcement. You can express your opinions through main com or dm. Failing
to follow this rule will result in a warning.

Section 18o. Blackmailing or Typing Threats, Other people get scared too and blackmailing is illegal
following the Terms and Conditions.

Section 18p. No ear raping on VCs meaning avoid using those soundboards that are annoying and can
break your eardrums. To avoid complaints and for your safety.

Section 18q. Racism is strictly Prohibited in this Community.


Section 18r. Addressing your superiors correctly. All the personnel needs to know how to address their
superiors properly and be more professional

Section 18s. Any act of scamming is strictly Prohibited in this community.

Section 18t. Selling Roblox maps or even Discord nitros or whatever is strictly Prohibited also

Section 18u. Be Respectful


Respect should be shown to everyone, no annoying confrontational language or rudeness will be
tolerated. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Section 18v. No inappropriate language


There is no official list of words that are not allowed, though it is not allowed to speak inappropriately in
any language, to replace letters with the intention to bypass the filter, or to straight-up swear.

Section 18w. Asking for Free rank


Asking for free rank is strictly prohibited which might make you muted in the server.

Section 19 Punitive provisions

Section 19a. Failure to obey order or regulation.

It defines disobeying a direct order as three types of offenses: violations, or failures to obey
lawful general orders or regulations; failures to obey other lawful orders; and dereliction of duty.

Section 19b. Disrespecting your superiors.

Disrespecting one's superior is any behavior that shows a lack of respect or contempt for a
person of higher rank, status, or authority. This can include insults, criticism, belittling language,
interrupting, or refusal to comply with orders.

Section 19c. Usage of emotes while being on duty.

Using the dance command and emote is prohibited while on duty or in-game.

Section 19d. Provoking speeches or gestures.

applies to all Philippine Army personnel who make provocative speeches or use reproachful
words and gestures towards another person, also covered by this article. If the offense is
brought to the attention of a higher authority and if the elements of the crime are proven beyond
a reasonable doubt, the defendant will face an appropriate sanction.

Section 19e. Improper wearing of uniform.

Improper wearing of a uniform is any form of wearing uniform that fails to adhere to the
guidelines and regulations. Improper wearing of uniform can include wearing the wrong type of
uniform, not wearing the uniform correctly or completely while on duty.
Section 19f. Improper use of vehicles.

improper use of vehicles, such as tanks, helicopters, and other military vehicles, ignoring the
rules and regulations, and improper parking of vehicles that disturb others.

Section 19g. Driving without a license.

It is the person who drives the car without any permission & license of the Philippine Army, this
will be Moderated all the time. This violation may depend on the Land Transportation Office.

Section 19h. Regimental Hopping.

It is the person & crime who discharges from any regiment and then joins the regiment within
the next day. This violation punishment may depend on the National Headquarters.

Section 19i. Misuse of firearms or other weapons.

This includes using firearms or other weapons for personal gain, such as robbery or murder. It
also includes using firearms or other weapons in a reckless or negligent manner, which could
result in injury or death.

Section 19j. Discrimination or harassment.

This includes discriminating against or harassing any person, including members of the public,
other Philippine Army personnel, or Philippine Army personnel's families, on the basis of race,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Section 19k. Improper use of social media.

This includes using social media to spread false information, to harass or intimidate others, or to
engage in other activities that are prohibited by the Philippine Army's social media policy.

Section 19l. Conduct unbecoming of an army officer.

This includes any conduct that is not in keeping with the high standards of conduct that are
expected of Philippine Army personnel, such as engaging in illegal activities, being intoxicated
on duty, or engaging in behavior that is disrespectful to the public or to other Philippine Army
personnel.

Section 19m. Treason.

A person who, owing allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines, commits any of the following
acts shall be guilty of treason:

● Levying war against the Republic of the Philippines or adhering to its enemies, giving
them aid and comfort.

● Spying or otherwise conveying information to the enemies of the Republic of the


Philippines.
● Communicating with the enemies of the Republic of the Philippines with intent to betray
its interests.

Section 19n. Threatening the Philippine Army.

Any person who threatens, intimidates, or otherwise endangers the safety of any member of the
Philippine Army shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19o. Coup d'état.

Any person who, with force and violence, or by intimidation, or by any other means, unlawfully
assembles with any other persons, with the intention of:

● Overthrowing the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;


● Seizing power or overthrowing the government by force; or
● Seizing, detaining, or imprisoning any person for the purpose of compelling the
Government of the Republic of the Philippines or any person acting under its authority, to
do or to abstain from doing any act, shall be guilty of coup d'état.

Section 19p. Fraud against the Philippine Army.

Any person who, with intent to defraud, deceives or misleads any member of the Philippine
Army by:

● Falsely representing himself or herself to be a member of the Philippine Army;


● Falsely representing himself or herself to have authority to act on behalf of the Philippine
Army;
● Falsely representing the contents of any document or record relating to the Philippine
Army; or
● Making any false statement or representation with the intent to deceive or mislead any
member of the Philippine Army,
shall be guilty of a crime

Section 19q. Defamation of a member of the Philippine Army.

Any person who, with the intention of defaming a member of the Philippine Army, publishes or
disseminates any false news, information, or remarks:

● Concerning the member's private life;


● Concerning the member's professional capacity; or
● Concerning the member's performance of duty,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19r. Verbal abuse against a member of the Philippine Army.

Any person who, with the intention of verbally abusing a member of the Philippine Army, uses
any word or phrase:

● That is intended to curse, degrade, or humiliate the member;


● That is intended to cause the member emotional distress; or
● That is intended to interfere with the member's ability to carry out their duties,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19t. Power abuse.

Any person who, with the intention of abusing their power, uses their position as an
administrator or moderator to:

● Make changes to the game without permission or consent from the developers;
● Randomly free rank personnel without valid reason; or
● Misuse administrative commands in-game,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19v. Desertion.

Any person who, being a member of the Philippine Army:

● Quits his or her assigned post or unit without authority;


● Fails to report for duty without authority; or
Absents himself or herself from his or her assigned post or unit without authority,
shall be guilty of desertion.

Section 19w. Aiding the enemy.

Any person who, with the intention of aiding the enemy:

● Supplies them with arms or other items that could be used against the Philippine Army;
● Communicates with them without official authorization; or
● In any other way provides them with assistance,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19x. Unwarranted detention and arrest.

Any person who, without a warrant of arrest, detains or arrests another person:

● Without probable cause; or


● For a crime that does not warrant detention or arrest,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19y. Unwarranted lifting of charges.

Any person who, with the intention of harming or disadvantaging another person:

● Wrongfully lifts charges against that person without proper evidence in their defense,
and/or without proper testimony; or
● Does so in exchange for money or other benefits,
shall be guilty of a crime

Section 19z. Trespassing.


Any person who, without authorization or permission from HICOMS or above, attempts to
access a restricted location:

● That is marked as such; or
● That is known to be restricted,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19aa. Obstruction of justice.

Any person who, with the intention of obstructing the course of justice:

● Obstructs or hinders any legal officer in the performance of their duties; or


● Intentionally assists a suspect to evade arrest or prosecution,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19ab. Riots/chaos.

Any person who, being a member of the Philippine Army:

● Organizes, leads, or participates in a riot or other disturbance of the peace that causes
chaos and destruction in between branches and divisions; or
● Incites or encourages others to engage in such behavior,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19ac. Misleading statements (slander)

Any person who, with the intention of harming or defaming another person:

● Makes or publishes a false statement about that person; or


● Disseminates false information about that person,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19ad. Conspiracy.


● Any person who, with the intention of committing a crime:
● Agrees with one or more persons to commit that crime; or
● Solicits one or more persons to commit that crime,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19ae. Corruption.

Any person who, being in a position of authority:

● Abuses his or her power for personal advantage; or


● Commits any act of misconduct, misbehavior, or dishonesty in the performance of his or
her duties,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19af. Alting.

Any person who, being a member of the Philippine Army:


● Uses a different account in the Philippine Army to rank up in different accounts; or
● Assists another person in doing so,
shall be guilty of a crime.

Section 19ag. Forgery.

Any person who, with the intention of deceiving another person:

● Makes, alters, or falsifies a document owned by the Philippine Army; or


● Uses a forged, altered, or falsified document,
shall be guilty of a crime.

ARTICLE 8 PUNISHMENT.
Section 20 Punishment for Major Offenses.

- The following are the punishments for major offenses under this Article:

● For the first offense, a warning will be issued.


● For the second offense, a suspension of up to 15 days will be imposed.
● For the third and subsequent offenses, expulsion from Roblox and Discord will be imposed.
In addition to the above punishments, the offender may also be demoted.

Note that Section 20 is only a guide and any punishment will be depending on the severity of the issue.

Section 21. Appeals.


- Any person who is aggrieved by a decision under this Article may appeal to the Judge Advocate
General Service.

Section 22. Severability.


- If any provision of this Article is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Article shall remain in full
force and effect.

ARTICLE 9 SCOPE OF THIS CODE

Section 23. Scope.


- This Code shall be used only for roleplaying purposes and will not serve as a real government
document. It is not intended to be a substitute for actual legal advice or representation.
