2.This pertains to the Carnapping incident transpired at Zone 5, Panoypoyan, Bula,
Camarines Sur on February 9, 2024 at about 4:30 in the afternoon wherein a black
motorcycle, Honda XRM, Plated MVP143 of Eddie Mortega y Navo, 25 years old,
single, Businessman, and a resident of Brgy. Panoypoyan Bula Camarines Sur,
carnapped in front of a sari-sari store while he was buying alcohol.

3. With the aid of CCTV footage of the said sari-sari store the suspect had been
identified and confirmed to be Alfred Butawan y Recto AKA “Tirador” 30 years old,
married, jobless and a resident of Brgy. Casugad, Bula Camarines Sur.

4. By virtue of warrant of arrest, the suspect was arrested and are now in the custody
of Bula Municipal Police Office and subjected for Medical Examination.

5. The Motorcycle evidence are subjected for confirmation test coming from the LTO
to confirm and know the real owner of the said motorcycle.

2. In relation to the Carnapping incident transpired at Zone 5, Panoypoyan, Bula,
Camarines Sur on February 9, 2024 at about 4:30 in the afternoon wherein a black
motorcycle, Honda XRM, Plated MVP143 of Eddie Mortega y Navo, 25 years old,
single, Businessman, and a resident of Brgy. Panoypoyan Bula Camarines Sur,
carnapped in front of a sari-sari store while he was buying alcohol. (suspect
arrested)

3. On February 22, 2024, the result of the medical examination of the suspect
conducted at BMC found out that there is no physical injuries found on the suspect.

4. On February 23, 2024 the confirmation letter from the LTO confirmed that the
motorcycle confiscated from the suspect is registered to Eddie Mortega Y Navo.

5. After examinations and tests conducted in this particular incident, probable cause
exists that the herein suspect is criminally liable, hence, the filing of a carnapping
case against him is necessary.
