The Cognitive Brain Health Lab at Sunnybrook Research Institute (SRI) is seeking an energetic
and experienced individual for a full-time Clinical Research Assistant position under the
supervision of Dr. Jennifer Rabin. The successful candidate will join a diverse, multi-disciplinary
team of researchers in a dynamic and collegial environment.

The ideal candidate will have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related
discipline, combined with prior research experience. This position is well-suited for individuals
interested in gaining research experience prior to graduate school or medical school, as there
will be opportunities to contribute to conference abstracts and manuscripts.

The candidate will primarily work on a longitudinal, observational study investigating risk and
protective factors for dementia in two of Canada’s largest ethnic groups: individuals who identify

In light of the study's demographics, we are actively seeking a candidate who possesses
proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Bengali,
Urdu, Tamil, Punjabi. Proficiency in these languages should include both reading and writing
skills, as well as strong verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with participant recruitment
• Assist with translating materials
• Assist with the collection, scoring, and analysis of neuropsychological data
• Assist with REB applications and other administrative tasks

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Completion of a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Neuroscience, Psychology or related discipline
• One year of relevant research experience
