Hello teacher, my name is Thu. Today, I would like to talk about my fitness and eating
habits.
I think I have a good shape. I go running to keep my body healthy. I go running about
five times a week with my friends. I often go running in the park near my house. I eat
three meals a day. I usually eat meat, fish, vegetables and soybeans. Drinking 2 liters
of water every day will help your body stay healthy. I usually avoid fatty foods and
drinks containing stimulants. In addition, we can’t avoid skip meals. This negatively
affects your own health. We have to sleep 8 hours a day and I usually sleep before 11
pm.
In conclusion, I want to say that staying in shape and having healthy eating habits is
very important in life, staying in shape also makes you more confident.Thank you for
