Using cells phone in public places

Telecommunication technology has played a vital role in information sharing and

bringing people closer. So I personally believe that cell phones should be allowed in
public places. First of all, people need to be permitted to use mobile phones in public
areas to stay in touch with their loved ones. With the explosion of social network, people
use facebook, instagram to text and call friends conveniently. In case of emergencies, for
example, a road accident, residents will have certain difficulties calling for the ambulance
or notifying parents without a phone. Secondly, in the era of cutting-edge technology,
phone applications can be utilized to assist people in different aspects of life besides their
rudimentary function to communicate such as Internet searching. For instance,
individuals can make online payments in shopping centers or purchase the ticket for the
next trip on bus. Additionally, mobile phones are being accessed to the Internet which
could be addressed anything goes wrong immediately such as look for essential
information are being not to lose the road. Another reason is that , smartphones also
serves as a notepad or reminder, for instance, when shopping an individual can simply
