1) Folder (color depends on the school division office)
In front of the folder, write the following:
These are the Pertinent Papers of Daiana Montaño for the position of Teacher I 2) Omnibus Sworn Statement 3) Applicant Number 4) CSC PDS – can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph 5) Photocopy of PRC Professional Identification Card 6) Certified Photocopy of Board Rating 7) Performance Rating (applicable to applicants with prior teaching experience) 8) Certified Photocopy of TOR 9) Photocopy of Service Record or Certificate of Employment (from previous employment)
10) Photocopy of Certificates of Training (if applicable)
Accepted training types include: 1) CPD units 2) TESDA certificates 3) Workshops and seminars 4) Short online courses from respectable academic and non-academic institutions 11) Proof of Residency (voter’s ID) 12) Letter of Intent to apply for the Teacher I position You may write a personal letter of intent. Include the following: 1) Statement of purpose/expression of interest 2) Tracks/Strand/Subjects applying for 3) Preferred school, if any. 13) NBI Clearance
Step 3: Ranking Interview
For the interview, you may want to be prepared for the following types of questions: 1) Professional Background 2) Instructional Skills 3) Technology/Computer Skills 4) Classroom Management 5) Knowledge of subject content and teaching materials 6) Lesson Planning 7) Community involvement 8) Office and professional relationships.
