Dear Sir Marlon,

I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as Customer Service Engineer
at UBIX Corporation, effective 26th of April 2024.
This decision was not made lightly, as I have truly enjoyed my time at UBIX and have learned a
great deal during my tenure. However, after careful consideration, I have determined that it is
time for me to pursue new opportunities and challenges.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the support and opportunities provided to me during
my time here. I am grateful for the guidance and mentorship I have received from you and my
colleagues, and I am proud of the contributions I have made to the team and the company as a
whole.
To ensure a smooth transition, I am committed to assisting with the handover of my
responsibilities over the next four weeks. I am happy to help train my replacement and provide
any necessary support during this period.
Please let me know if there are any specific tasks or projects you would like me to prioritize during
my remaining time at the company. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on the formalities
of the resignation process, including any paperwork or exit procedures that need to be
completed.
Thank you again for the opportunity to be a part of the UBIX Corporation team. I have valued my
experience here and will always look back on it fondly. I wish the company continued success in
