- A legally binding agreement is signed between SXEC and


the chosen 3PL provider.
- The agreement clearly defines:
+ Service-level agreements (SLAs) with specific
performance targets for delivery, inventory accuracy, etc.
+ Communication protocols outlining preferred
communication methods and timelines.
+ Escalation procedures for addressing performance
issues.

- Data exchange between SXEC and the 3PL provider's


systems is functioning properly.
- Relevant SXEC personnel are trained on the 3PL
provider's system for order processing and inventory
management.
- The pilot program in Da Nang is launched on schedule
and operates without major disruptions.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery
rates and inventory accuracy meet or exceed targets within
the pilot region.
- Any identified challenges during the pilot program are
documented for corrective action before nationwide rollout.

- The 3PL solution is successfully implemented nationwide,


with all warehouses and distribution channels operational.
- Transition from the pilot program to nationwide
operations occurs smoothly with minimal disruption to
