Good day!
I am writing to discuss a matter that has been affecting my ability to fulfill my duties
effectively and maintain a balanced work-life schedule. Recently, I have observed an
increase in personal errands and instances of tardiness among some team members
during duty hours. I understand the importance of flexibility in our work environment, but
I have noticed that these delays are impacting our ability to start our shifts promptly and
are consequently affecting the overall workflow. Moreover, I am concerned about the
impact these delays and additional tasks are having on our relaxation hours.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore ways to
address these challenges. Your insights and guidance in finding a resolution would be
