“The Restoration of ‘Alimango’ Restaurant into an Iconic Tourist Attraction
and Dining Establishment in Dagupan City”
II. Description
The well-known ‘alimango’, or crab restaurant can be found on Arellano Street in
Dagupan City. It opened as a seafood restaurant in 1981 and has two floors: a fine
dining restaurant on the first floor and a disco hall on the second. It had a very
unique architectural design patterned after a crab. It used to be the priciest fine
dining establishment, with only the wealthiest guests able to purchase any of the
menu items. The Crab Resto Building has become a well-known landmark and
dining attraction in Dagupan because to its distinctive appearance and delectable
offers.
III. Problems
This abandoned restaurant may have negative histories or stigma from their past

For it has been abandoned for over 30 years, there is much larger threat. The
