General Power of Attorney

I, Yogesh Dewan S/o Sh. Vijay Kumar Dewan, proprietor and authorized signatory of
the firm using Trademark KUMPLETE, having its registered office at Basement,
Veerwati Palace, Bojha Market, Atta, Sector-27, Noida, UP-201301 do hereby
nominate, constitute and appoint Sh. Gopal Govind Gupta and Mr. Utkarsh Gupta (Enrl.
No. D/3781/2019) Advocates having office at A-146, Basement, Lajpat Nagar-1, New
Delhi-110024, as attorney, for us, in our name, and on our behalf: -
1. To file applications, pursue already filed applications, appear, act and plead in
all cases regarding of our trademarks, applications for substitution of our names
as subsequent registered proprietor in already registered trade mark and to act as
our attorney/ agent for pursuing all applications, petitions, oppositions,
applications for recording of assignment, rectifications, notices, reply to notices,
amendment of addresses/ name, renewals, maintenance and all matters and
proceedings in connection with all our trademarks matters to which we may be
a party or which may come to be filed hereafter and registration of copyright (s)
including applications for obtaining no objection certificate from the Registrar
of Trade Marks under Section 45(1) of the Copyright Act, 1957 and of our other
various Trade Marks/ artistic works before the Registrar of Copyright/
Trademarks.

2. To appear for and prosecute and defend all actions and proceedings including
appeals, reviews, oppositions, rectifications, etc. filed in any court/ tribunal
including any of the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks/ Registrar of
Copyrights of competent jurisdiction and to further submit, withdraw and receive
documents including certified copies and money or moneys from office of the
Registrar of Trademark/ Copyright, situated in New Delhi, Mumbai,
Ahmedabad, Kolkata and/or Chennai or from the opposite Party on receipt of
payment thereof, to sign and deliver for us and on our behalf proper receipt and
discharges for the same.

3. To engage and appoint any other attorney(s), solicitor(s), advocates(s) or

counsel(s) to act and plead and otherwise conduct the said cases, whenever our
said attorney(s) thinks proper to do so.

4. To receive all notices, requisitions and communications from the office of the
Registrar of Trademarks and Registrar of Copyright, regarding all cases pending
thereto.
 5. To do all other lawful acts and things in connection with the cases as effectually
as we could do the same as if we were personally present, and all and whatever
our said attorney(s) have done till date and shall lawfully hereafter do, we do
hereby agree to ratify and confirm.

6. We hereby revoke all previous authorizations, if any, given to any other person
in respect of the said proceedings
