Affidavit and Statement of True Identity by Two.

IN RE:
I am the Living being, establishing my true identity as: Patrick; of the family Devine

Per my Self-created FG Trust # ___________ and Estate # ___________ protectionary persons; I am now
placing them over following government corporate created ENS LEGIS accounts held in my family name, as
they have been used as a theft of my identity in order to obtain commercial payments twice fold.

I am and the undersigned, being of the age of consent, stable of mind and competent to testify, having first hand
knowledge of the living being whose identity is being established, do by our own free wills and acts, “out of the
mouths of two or more,” establish the facts, as set forth herein, to wit:
I am the living being in question Patrick; of the family Devine; a living man, a creature of reason, I am not a
ENS LEGIS – a creature of legal fiction, as a “government corporate derivative person”. I am the one who
came into this world by being born of a woman, as an alive being to be separated from the woman and then to
abandon my life supporting birth sack to be an individual self-breathing man-child, an American people and a
creature of reason on the 2nd day of March, 1949.
It is believe that the above listed Trust and Estates, styled as ENS LEGIS persons, were to be my life supporting
persons to supply my required interests but they have been used as Identity Theft accounts by the UNITED
STATES commercial Derivative government to withheld my entitled interest in a State of Deceptive Trust by
their corporations. It is seen that by their ens legis usage, they have been able to obtain payments twice fold. No
evidence is seen which disputes this belief and it is believed that none exists.

We know Patrick; of the family Devine to be an honorable man of reason and have seen no evidence which
challenges his true identity, and believe that none exists.
We did witness the living being “a creature of reason”, known to us as Patrick; of the family Devine, place his
thumb print hereon. We have seen no evidence that said thumb print could ever represent an ens legis person and
believe that none exists; therefore it cannot be disputed that said thumb print represents only the physical being
known to us as Patrick; of the family Devine.
We, the undersigned, do hereby certify the foregoing to be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as
we know it to be. By our own Free Will act and deed by our hand and word do hereby establish the facts.
