BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER SNACK

2 eggs scrambled with Arugula, endive, kale, 8 oz chickpeas and greek yogurt w/berries
mushroom, onion, broccoli romaine salad w/ celery, kidney beans w/ salsa,
1/4 sliced avocado and 1 cucumber, green peppers sliced avocado, low fat
SUNDAY slice bread alone toast and 1-2 oz cheese w/
yogurt and lettuce and
sunflower seeds 2/ 3 oz
tuna salad w/ red wine corn tortilla
vinegar
7 oz Greek LowFat Fage 1 cup 4% cottage cheese chicken breaded with mrs apples w/ peanut butter
Plain Yogurt w/ 1/2 c w/ 2 tbsp sunflower seeds dash spice w/ bok choy
MONDAY heritage cereal and 2 tbsp
sunflower seeds
1 slice whole wheat toast w/
side arugula salad
and cooked mixed
veggies and 1/2c white
rice
7 oz Greek LowFat Fage 1 cup riced cauliflower w/ grilled 4-5 oz Salmon season w/ banana w/ tsp peanut
Plain Yogurt w/ 1/2 c chicken w/ teriyaki sauce or garlic and mustard and lemon butter
TUESDAY heritage cereal and 2 tbsp olive oil and salt juice w/ steamed broccoli and
sunflower seeds
1/2 c kidney beans
7 oz Greek LowFat Fage Pret a manger- pesto 4-5 oz branzino grilled squares dark chocolate
Plain Yogurt w/ 1/2 c mozzarella sandwich with lemon and mustard
WEDNESDAY heritage cereal and 2 tbsp seeds, asparagus and
sunflower seeds
1/2c lentils
7 oz Greek LowFat Fage Sliced pizza salad w/ small 4oz shrimp sauteed with flax seed crackers
Plain Yogurt w/ 1/2 c minestrone or lentil soup sundried tomatoes w.
THURSDAY heritage cereal and 2 tbsp garlic and onions w/1/2 c
sunflower seeds
chickpea pasta (banza)
7 oz Greek LowFat Fage Arugula, endive, kale, 1 cup lentil pasta w/ pesto sauce Thai- Steamed
Plain Yogurt w/ 1/2 c romaine salad w/ celery, and 2 oz mozzarella balls vegetable dumplings or
heritage cereal and 2 tbsp cucumber, green peppers summer rolls with ginger
FRIDAY sunflower seeds and 1-2 oz cheese w/
sunflower seeds 2/ 3 oz
or basil shrimp with rice
tuna salad w/ red wine and steamed vegetables
vinegar
7 oz greek low fat yogurt w/ Arugula, endive, kale, steamed veggie dinner out - white pasta
1/4 c raw old fashioned oats romaine salad w/ celery, dumplings w/ steamed w/ garlic, mushrooms
and 2 tbsp pecans or cucumber, green peppers shrimp broccoli and and broccoli w/ grilled
walnuts and 1-2 oz cheese w/
SATURDAY sunflower seeds 2/ 3 oz
brown rice sauce on side chicken
tuna salad or any other
seafood w/ red wine
vinegar
