Convention
Objectives
Establish the specifications
of phytosanitary measures
for wooden packaging
used in international trade
of goods and merchandise,
its technical specifications
and the use of the
internationally recognized
Mark to accredit the
application of said
phytosanitary measures.

Requirements
Wooden packaging used in international trade of goods and
merchandise must comply with phytosanitary measures and
display the Mark established in this Standard; The display of the
Brand will be subject to visual verification in the terms of the PEC
of this Standard.

Authorization
Once the application has been submitted, the Delegation or Management,
within a period of no more than five business days, will analyze the
application and the documents presented. The Delegation or Management
must review the application and the attached documents and information
and determine if the natural or legal person meets the requirements.
