AFFIDAVIT OF BUYER/TRANSFEREE

I, GRACE P. CABRERA, of legal age, Filipino and with residence and

postal address at 107 – A T. Jacinto St., Brgy. 88, Caloocan City, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state;

1. That I own an aggregate landholding, including the area of 5.1

hectares, more or less, that I am acquiring from the Heirs of Ocampo under
Doc. No. ___; Page No. ___; Book No. ___; Series of ___ of Notary Public
_________________ dated _________, does not exceed five (5) hectares;

2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR

Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that my
aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned
transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.

3. That I have executed this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of all
the foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may deem served.
