As we know Christmas is round the corner, as form of Filipino Tradition, we value to celebrate the Christmas
season with our families and colleagues. This aims to create strong sense of bond and camaraderie within the
company.
We are writing this letter to humbly request for permission to hold an event for the upcoming Holiday Season
and the intend to launch a project of having the traditional celebration of the yearly Christmas Party.
In line to this, we would like to ask your permission to allow us, to use the Vacant Space beside the Team A’s
Office on the Upper ground floor on December 16, 2023, at around 5pm-11pm for upcoming event.
We also like to seek permission to bring the following equipment and materials to be used: (as listed below)
1. Monoblock chairs (50 pcs)
2. Sound System (basic speaker with 2 mics)
3. Disco ball Lights
4. Long table (5pcs)

GUIDELINES:
1) Employees needs to sign an alcohol waiver before the event. This agreement ensures that employees
are aware and agree that their participation in the event is voluntary and will drink alcohol at their
own discretion, risk and liability. The company will not be held liable for any harm or loss to them
due to their participation in the event.
2) A company Christmas party is still a work event, so employees shouldn’t say or do anything that
would harm the interest of site, management, and the employee itself.
i. Any form of inappropriate language, behavior or bullying will not be tolerated.
ii. Gifts should be workplace friendly.
iii. Be responsible with the use of social media.
iv. Be respectful of all religions during the Christmas celebrations.
3) Employees should be made aware if they break the rules, it may lead to disciplinary action or even
the termination of their contract.
4) For safety purposes or concern, please direct or relay information with the designated leader for
teams or with Ms. Tig.

5) As Discussed above, specified time frame should be followed. Any activities outside of the premises
the company will not be held liable for the employee’s actions or decisions.
