My mother´s daily routine

My mother's daily routine is quite structured. She starts her day by checking her social networks for
updates. Then, she prepares a healthy breakfast consisting of fruits and vegetables. Throughout the day, she
often prepares nutritious meals for the family, avoiding fast food. On Monday mornings, she goes for a
brisk walk to kickstart her week. Friday evenings are usually spent relaxing at home with the family. On
Saturday mornings, she heads out to go shopping for groceries and essentials. One thing she doesn't do on
Sunday nights is work; instead, she spends quality time with the family, enjoying a peaceful evening
together. Mom’s the best.
