REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES City of Cagayan de Oro OFFICE OF THE CITY COUNCIL (Sangguniang Panlungsod) On motion jointly made and jointly seconded by the members present, it was RESOLVED, as the Sangguniang Panlungsod hereby resolves, to adopt without second reading the follow~ ing: ORDINANCE NO. 3451-93 AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING SECTION 5S OF ORDINANCE NO. 3198, SERIES OF 1992, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE CITY COUNCIL, SO AS TO CREATE ANOTHER COMMITTEE TO BE DESIGNATED AS “COMMITTEE ON HOUSING, PLANNING AND SUBDIVISION" TO HANDLE MATTERS PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISION PLAN WITHIN THIS CITY BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cagayan de Oro in session assembled that: SECTION 1. - Section 5S of Ordinance Ne. 3198, Series of 1992, as amended, otherwise known as the Rules and Procedures of the City Council, is hereby further amended, so as to create another Committee to be designated as “Committee on Housing, Planning and Subdivision” to handle matters pertaining to subdivi~ sion plan within this City. SECTION @ - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
