Overall, in this period, most men and women are not being arrested. While crimes such as public drinking and drunk driving had significant cases. In the whole number 32% detained men. more than 30% of them have committed public drinking, 25% of them did drink driving. Contrastly, serious crimes such as assault and theft were less than 20%.
