SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I Reynante P. Vicera, of legal age and resident of Unit 2106, Sorrel Residences Sociego
St. Sta. Mesa Manila, do hereby appoint Ms. Marvie N. Lequigan to be my true and lawful
attorney to do and execute the following act in my name and on my behalf., to wit:

1. To process and to sign the SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHILHEALTH of the company
registration and for documentation.
2. To process and to sign the Renewal of Business Permit documentation.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might could lawfully do if personally present with the power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall do cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
