General Instructions:
Fonts: All fonts should be in "Times New Roman "

Line Spacing: All line spacing should be 1.0

Page Margins: Left margin should be 1.5 inches. Rest of the margins should be 1 inches.

Cover Page: The cover page should have following lines with the Central Alignment with
and given formats.

Software Requirement Specification for <Project Name>: 28pt,bold

<Version number approved>: 14pt, bold
Prepared by <author> : 14pt ,bold
<Organization> : 14pt ,bold
<Date Created>: 14 pt, bold

Page Numbering : Should be Arabic numbering System.

Chapters: All new chapters should be in a new page. Chapter headings should be 16pt, bold,
right aligned.

Headings: Should be 14pt,bold,left aligned

Contents/descriptions: Should be 12pt, justify.

Annex: Should be 12pt, justify.

List of figures: Add this component ,if the SRS contains the figures/illustrations/tables etc.
