Day 20
It's so nice that we are almost going to finish this particular season of
Krtajna and tomorrow is the last day.
Tomorrow we have a totally different plan but before that we just have to
finish off this particular session stuff so that tomorrow will be a wonderful
day.
1. So prepare yourself. Make sure that you're not going to be disturbed for
the next couple of minutes and your attentions are not required. Sit
straight, neck straight. Keep your phone with your photograph or your
loved one's photograph. Slow and steady. Relax.
2. Now, We are now moving towards the emotion called pretense with a
broad mind. Let's now visualize the pretense moment and let us work it
out in such a way that we really show the gratitude. This, in other
words, has the knowledge or has an ability to adapt to a particular
situation. If you are not able to adapt to the particular situation, you are
conditioned to live the world as it is or as you want. Generally, this is
the biggest problem that most people create for themselves. So a
pretending will give you a wonderful experience. Yes, I will. Yes. That's
so nice. Feeling whenever you did this and how it is, how the entire
environment was actually working with you. Show the gratitude of that
particular moment. What a wonderful feeling. At temporary times, we
experience that the person will not be even having that particular
attitude or kind of a knowledge, but he will pretend as if he knows this
and you know that he is pretending. Knowing that also is very
important, that it gives you an intellectually. It is creating so much of
information and it creates so much of blissful state for you may not be
now, but definitely that is working for you. So with a broader mind,
show your gratitude.
3. Prepare yourself warm your palm apply on your face. Open your eyes.
