Subject: Fogging Against Mosquitoes

As we approach the warmer months, it is imperative that we take necessary

measures to ensure the health and well-being of our school community. One such measure
is to conduct fogging to control the mosquito population in and around our school premises.

Mosquitoes are not only a nuisance but also pose a health risk by being potential
carriers of diseases such as dengue fever, malaria, and Zika virus. To safeguard everyone's
health and create a conducive learning environment, the school administration has
scheduled a fogging session on March 1, 2024, 8:00AM onwards.

During the fogging process, it is highly recommended that all staff and students
vacate the premises to avoid any potential health risks associated with the chemicals used.
We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that all windows and doors are closed before
leaving the school premises.

Additionally, we advise everyone to take necessary precautions such as wearing long-

sleeved clothing, using mosquito repellent, and avoiding outdoor activities during the
fogging period. It is also advisable to keep food items covered and stored in sealed
containers.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we appreciate your
understanding and cooperation in this matter. Let us work together to create a safe and
healthy environment for all members of our school community.
