LIBRARY REGULATIONS

1. On entering the library, users must show their reading cards or referral letters to librarians.
Put your personal belongings in the designated places. No more than three books or notebooks
can be brought into the reading room.

2. When entering the reading room, you users must show your their reading cards or reference
letters (along with ID cards) to the librarian to borrow on-site reading materials in accordance
with the regulations of each reading room.

3. Users are requested to maintain good order, and a quiet and clean environment in the library.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. Library’s materials must not be mutilated, torn out and written in.

4. Reading materials must not be taken out of the library.

5. If going out for a minute during reading time, users should temporarily leave books at the
librarian and take an access card, which will be shown returned to the librarian when coming
back for reading.

6. Users must return all items to the librarian and get backreceive their reading cards before
leaving. The regulations above are designed to ensure all favorable conditions for all users, and
at the same time to preserve the nation’s literary assetslibrary and its materials. Your observance
of these regulations is highly expectedrequired/requested. Any violation of the rules should be
subject to the extend extent of breach.

REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN’s PLAYGROUND

• The playground is for the exclusive use of children under 9 years living at the apartment;

• No smoking, eating, drinking, chewing gum or all kinds of chemicals in the playground area
are allowed;

• No equipment shall be shifted or removed from its original position in the play area;

• Parents are responsible for supervising their children at a playground and shall be liable for any
cause damages caused to the facilities of the playground by their children or guests;

• The Management will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or objects that
residents and relatives encountered by while using the facilities of the playground in any
mannerform;

• The Management and its staff reserve the right to refuse any use of the playground if the
above rules and regulations are not observed.
REGISTER FORREGULATIONS OF ENTERING THE LIBRARY USE

1/ When entering the library, readers must present their reading cardS or recommendation letterS
to the supervisor. They must , send their personal briefcases, bags, hats, raincoats, and materials
to the designated place, . only Bbring into the reading room no more than three notebooks for
take taking notes.

2/ When entering the library, present your reading cards or recommendation letters (with ID
cards) to the librarian to check proceed with the material loan procedures for borrowing materials
to read in accordance with the regulations.

3/ Maintain good order, silence and clean environment in the library. and do Do not smoke in all
library areas, . Llibrary’s material must not be written in, multilated or defaced.

4/ Readers are requested not to move materials to another area.

5/ During reading time, if you users need to go out, they must temporarily leave the books to the
librarian and receive an access card to the library, . Pplease present them to the librarian when
you come back.

6/ Before leaving, readers return all materials to the librarian and receive the their reading cards.

The above regulations aim to ensure all convenient conditions for readers to use the library’s
resources and services, while preserving the state's literary assets. We hope to be respected by
readers. Any violations of the rules will be handled depending on the level of violation.

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND RULES

➤ The playground is only for children under 9 years old living in the apartment.

➤ Smoking and bringing food, drinks, chewing gum, and solid/liquid chemicals are strictly
banned at the playground.

➤ Playground equipment iss are not allowed to be lifted or moved from its original position on
the playground,

➤ Residents take self-responsibility for the safety of their children, . They should beare
simultaneously also responsible for any damage caused by children or guests,

➤ The management board will not be responsible for any injuries or damage to people or objects
that residents and relatives experience due to using playground amenities in any form;
➤ Management and staff can refuse to accept any child using the playground if they do not
follow the above regulations
