Establishment of assumptions.
- Potential problems:
Coating: It is the same as reference ND0000024712, without potential problems. Standard speed.
First drill: 2 potential machines, in one we have to make a small adjustment to a head to be able to have
two alternatives. The machine that is already prepared has full capacity but the other is at 45% so we
assume that we will do it on Koch 1. Standard speed.
Second drill pass: We will need an extra collaborator because, since the piece is so large, the unloader
cannot work at maximum speed. We do not expect excessive breakage of bits. Standard speed with two
workers or 50% with one worker. The machine is 43% in use. Other potential machines with worse
productivity.
All information relevant to sample development, order creation, order planning, raw materials
(inventory) planning, delivery dates is shared.
Review of assumptions.
New potential problem: Confirm that it is not necessary to cut the part after coating because the Koch 1
cannot profile as much.

3. CREATION OF PROTOTYPES
We create an internal order with number 2024000289 using our “Management” program with which we
will have information about the quantity, machines and plans.
3rd meeting 02/06/2024 Attendees: full team. Meeting with the entire internal team to share the
implementation plan.
We create reports for quality control and efficiency. We discussed the assumptions of the machines,
possible incidents in manufacturing and finished product, theoretically.
We review the assumptions of the machines and possible incidents that may arise during the
manufacturing of the 1st batch, real, it is a real evaluation of the 1st batch.
Internal meeting to analyze quality and productivity reports, and take action if necessary.
5. SAMPLE DELIVERY
Meeting with the internal team to verify assumptions and prepare next steps 02/22/2024.
