is a characteristic of the Madurese community.
• This typical Madurese culture is held every year in August
or September. Then it will be contested again for the final
at the end of September or October.
Karapan Sapi

The term Kerapan comes from the

word Kerap or Kirap which means to
leave and be released together or in
droves.
While the second version, namely
Kerapan, comes from the Arabic
Kirabah which means friendship.
Karapan Sapi

From Karapan Sapi, it can be seen that the Madurese are hard workers. Do not be
silent. Unemployment for Madurese is trash. So the Madurese, no matter how hard it is
to make money, never stay silent. Whether it's just helping parents work.
In the running speed of cows, there is a philosophy that is the mainstay of the
Madurese community. First come, first serve. Whoever wakes up in the morning is the
one who gets the fortune first. If you don't believe me, prove it for yourself. You wake
up early while the rest of the family is still sleeping.
