Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding False Harassment Complaint Against

Senior Citizens in relation of Property

Respected Sir/Mam,

We are writing this complaint to formally lodge a complaint against my

nephew, Prince Kapoor and his friend namely Manu, for his actions involving
the submission of a false harassment complaint against senior citizens, namely
JASPAL SINGH KAPOOR AND WIFE NAMELY NEERU KAPOOR, in relation to a
property matter.

The details of the incident are as follows:

2. Location of Incident: OUTSIDE MY SHOP NEAR AGGARWAL LASSI WALA

DELHI CANTT

3. Nature of the False Complaint: that the person namely manu

approached us previously with an offer to purchase our property
located in delhi cantt which was refused by complainants and after
some time period we got to know the malafide intention of prince
kapoor for purchasing the property with the help of his known in
cheaper price after some time every single day prince and his
friends creating problem for us by making false complaints and
using abusive language and also having the intention to get us
harm.

It is specific herein to mention that we both are senior citizen and

my husband namely Jaspal singh kapoor is physical disable and
our daughters are living out of india by which the persons namely
Manu and prince kapoor can easily harm us in any manner and
also I have doubt they will also create or created some false papers
in relation of our property

We would like to bring to your attention that this false complaint

has not only caused immense mental distress to the senior citizens
but has also tarnished their reputation in the community. We
believe that such a malicious act is not only unlawful but also
detrimental to the well-being of the affected individuals.

We kindly request that you initiate a thorough investigation into

this matter to ascertain the truth. We are willing to cooperate fully
and provide any necessary evidence to assist in this process. It is
our hope that justice will be served, and my nephew and his friends
will be held accountable for his actions.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and lodge FIR

look forward to a resolution that upholds the principles of fairness
and justice.
