I want to file a complaint regarding (money lender's name ) for not returning my
husband's (Late Mr. ( First Name ) Mishra) money which my husband lent to him on
( Date of providing money) on interest.
My husband helped him with this total amount of ( Amount ) money on a particularly
less interest rate (interest rate ) to help him in his bad times, Since my husband
also helped him in the past regarding his residential needs, considering that
matter of fact he expected ( money lender's name) to return the amount within the
time period. However, due to COVID-19 issues my husband (name ) was not keeping
well in 2022 due to which we asked them to help us with some sort of amount but
covid-19 didn't spare any of us and understanding that fact we didn't push them
much for it.
Now, it's been almost more than 2 years, we are not getting any response or any
amount from them, in between we got to know their family have some criminal records
and bad debts.

Now, I want serious help from the Delhi Police, Government Of India to help me in
this matter with all aspects. The money provided by my husband (name) to (money
lender's name) was all from his hardwork which he was expecting it to be used in
future for us as a form of security.

Kindly look into the matter and take some serious action.

steps asap.
