SUBJECT MATTER: training of the ASN guard force deployed at GDC

Sir, in compliance to your letter referenced GDC/LEGAL/031/01/2024 instructing on ASN
security officer’s deployment on the plant which was effectively carried out, I wish to inform
you of the necessity to launch an on-site refreshment course on basic security/safety notions
for the newly deployed officers as requested on our letter addressed to your attention on the
……
To avoid any form of disruption on the smooth running of security officer’s turnover and work
program duly established, I shall plead that accommodation be provided on site in the
induction room for the program.
If approved, training shall be held from Monday 01st through Saturday 06/04/2024 and
organized as follow:
- Day security officers: from 07:30 am to 09:30 am
- Night security officers: from 19 pm to 09 pm
