It was a pleasure to interview Ms. Wille. Her kind and gentle spirit ensured a natural flow to the interview. Jana kept her professionalism throughout the entire interview, even despite an unexpected fire drill. It is evident that Ms. Wille
is an educator that was inspired by fabulous teachers in her past. She approached the interview with a bright and positive curiosity about the profession. It is also apparent that her confidence has grown throughout her time in Ms.
Thomas' class. The class that she has been able to work with has its own unique challenges. She has sought out knowledge and has an adaptable approach. When asked about them, she was able to speak to ways that she could
make adjustments to best meet the needs of all the learners in her room. I can't wait to see her continued growth as she dives deeper into her educational journey.
