A web browser is a software application
for accessing Information on the world
wide web.

Search Engine
Search Engines can be used to find
information,images,videos, etc. on the
web

Typing the keyword on the “Search” box


and pressing the search button ,display a
list of websites that are relevant to the
keywords.

Search Engines save recently
used web addresses.

using the “History”

A click on bookmark/favourite helps save


web addresses (URL) used often.

Saved websites as such can be seen as a list so


that the required website can be accessed.

The forward /Backward button helps navigate
to a previous page or next page.

A number of web pages can be
opened in a single window in a web
browser
