We are very grateful for your attention and cooperation during the AMDAL preparation project for the MRT
East West Line. In the course of the project, preparing the AMDAL results in additional time for completion.
However, regarding to 3th contract addendum there are additional costs for acceleration. in article 7, 7.5,
which eventually we have been considered not able to complete the final payment on time (as per Nov
2023). Therefore, in this occasion we would like to convey in our finalization AMDAL MRT East-West Line
that:
 Since 5 Nov 2023 we have shared our google drive of AMDAL report to PDLUK-KLHK in correspond to
their request. Hence PDLUK KLHK can review our report eversince;
 During 8 -23 Nov 2023 we’ve been asked by PDLUK KLHK to assisted them to finalize SKKLH as
AMDAL approval letter with completing some additional data as per their request;
 However on 27 Nov 2023 we submit to them our approval ANDALALIN of DKI Jakarta and this made
PDLUK KLHK slightly revised the SKKLH in order to insert this new requirement information. PDLUK
KLHK still waiting to ANDAL Lalin Bekasi approval;
 The final SKKLH has been completed on 30 Nov 2023 after we submit the ANDALALIN Bekasi
approvement. Hence by 1 Dec 2023 our SKKLH the process has on going to ministry supposedly.
 On 8 December we have received the transmittal of our final AMDAL and SKKLH has already signed.
Based on those aforementioned step effort that we have finalized our AMDAL in the early Nov 2023.
However, the approval SKKLH still required some data such as ANDAL Lalin which enable to be completed
until end of Nov 2023. These explained that such reasonable case in accomplishment AMDAL in due time
until get the approval are actually beyond our capacity for ascertain
However, we have tried accelerated the process including coordination and incurred costs of approximately
50% - 75% of the budget for acceleration. This include our costs for assistance activities in Jogjakarta, the
costs of which were beyond our expectations, so we took the costs from the acceleration budget. If there is
a reduction in payments from the 3th addendum, we ask for your favourable, wisdom and understanding.
Our position as consultants is very difficult if there is a very large reduction in payments.
