lasting impact on a person's self-esteem and can be emotionally damaging.
2. Physical Bullying:
Physical bullying involves using physical force to harm or intimidate
someone. This can include hitting, kicking, pushing, or any other form of
physical aggression. Physical bullying can cause both physical and
emotional harm to the victim and is never acceptable.
3. Social Bullying:
Social bullying, also known as relational bullying, involves manipulating
relationships and social status to harm someone. This can include
spreading rumors, excluding someone from a group, or intentionally
embarrassing them in front of others. Social bullying can be subtle but can
have a profound impact on a person's social well-being and sense of
belonging.
4. Cyberbullying:
With the rise of technology, cyberbullying has become more prevalent.
Cyberbullying involves using electronic devices, such as computers,
smartphones, or social media platforms, to harass, threaten, or embarrass
someone. Cyberbullying can happen at any time and can be difficult to
escape, as it can reach a wide audience quickly. It is important to
remember that actions taken online can have real-life consequences.
