Background

In the past years, G-cash was created to avoid tax and legal considerations so that everyone can

have the freedom to use a bank.

 What G-cash is fixing is not only about the accessibility, safety and security, and cost-

effectiveness in terms of choosing a bank but also the primary issues in the financial stability of

Filipinos.

I think the main reason why G-cash has been created is so everyone can have access to

purchasing, saving, and transferring money online with lower transaction fees safely and

conveniently.

Using an e-wallet app as a payment method is a recent trend among customers (Putri & Sumitra,

2020).
