General Guidelines

● Cases are designed to judge a candidate's creativity, branding knowledge and social
media insight.
● In total there are 3 tasks. Solve all 3.

Task 1:

Imagine you’re working at Layers. What would the next two weeks on your social media content
calendar look like? Give us a peek into your content planning skills.

Task 2:

As a Creative Strategist, you would obviously have a few favourites, well tell us about them.
Who/which brand do you think is at the top of their brand marketing? Why do you think they are
at the top? Well-rounded answers would be appreciated.

Task 3:

You’re the Creative Strategist of a unique, authentic brand – YOU.

It’s established that you’re looking for a job. We don’t want to stick to the old adage of “Sell me
this pen” so we would like you to market yourself as a brand to us.

Tell us why we should hire you, in the most creative way possible—
Curate an Instagram feed which basically represents you.

Ideas for 2 IG Video | 6 Static Posts | 3 Story Highlights | 3 Reels

Bonus points for a Guide concept.
