Abstract/Summary
This report intends to discuss the stages of the project lifecycle, and the project management
plan (PMP) with factors involving aim, objectives, deliverables, quality, risk, communication
resources, and research methods. Moreover, the report also communicates the results and
effective project management process. The report further includes both primary and
secondary research data, and the conclusion and recommendations were drawn out after the
data findings and analyses to fulfill the project’s aim and objectives.

The findings overall concluded that team resilience and appropriate leadership traits and
styles are crucial to successful project management. Concluding, it can be said that this task
effectively recognized the fact that the management of a successful business project involves
the implementation and decomposition of project deliverables into a small number of
deliverables. Lastly, when each of the above was delivered, the final result was provided.

Project Title
Set theme: Business Recovery
Topic: Building a resilient organisation through resilient leadership and resilient teams

Introduction
This report provides an overview of the topic theme “Business Recovery” and the report topic
is associated with building a resilient organization through resilient leadership and resilient
teams. The company selected for this report is associated with a British supermarket chain,
Tesco Ltd, England, and the United Kingdom. Tesco is planning to enhance its resilience by
creating a framework that helps them develop strategic plans to stimulate performance,
stability, and growth. Being employed as a member of a consultant team of Tesco, I have
been asked to submit the report from conducting a small-scale business project in the form of
an investigative case study on building a resilient organization through resilient leadership
and resilient teams.

This report intends to discuss the stages of the project lifecycle, and the project management
plan (PMP) with factors involving aim, objectives, deliverables, quality, risk, communication
resources, and research methods. Moreover, the report also communicates the results and
effective project management process. The report further includes both primary and
secondary research data, and the conclusion and recommendations were drawn out after the
data findings and analyses to fulfill the project’s aim and objectives.

Project Overview
According to Burnnard and Bhamra (2011), gaining knowledge of the destructive potential of
disruptions and how to construct a resilient business organization opens up a significant field
of study for future research. The global Covid 19 health crisis and the ongoing US-China
trade war, which has the potential to determine the future of supply chains within the next
five years, are two major crises currently affecting the world (Song and Zhou, 2020). In the
wake of the global pandemic, vulnerable gaps emerged across the Retail (Grocery) sector
(Blessley and Mudambi, 2022). While various organizations in the services sector have
developed distinct resilience strategies, one of the businesses that must be resilient in order to
survive and thrive in such a volatile environment is Tesco. According to Suryaningtyas et al.
(2019), "organizational resilience" refers to an organization's capacity to minimize the impact
of severe disturbances or adversities on the organization's goal and the capacity to recover
from them. In contrast, Lederesma (2014) articulated that organizational resilience is the
capacity of an organization to come up with solutions and tolerate uncertainty.

To effectively demonstrate their core business interests in nations with a variety of diverse
cultural orientations, business etiquette, leadership styles, and methods of conducting
business, Tesco needs to have a resilient organizational culture and a flexible structure, in this
perspective (Mirzabeiki and Aitken, 2022). Besides, Financial Resilience, Operational
Resilience, Technological Resilience, Organizational Resilience, Business Model Resilience,
and Reputation Resilience are the six dimensions that Tesco can use to build organizational
resilience (Mirzabeiki and Aitken, 2022).

Project Management
As per Wang et al. (2022), the process of leading the work of a team to achieve all of the
project's goals within the given constraints is known as project management. Typically, this
information is outlined in the project documentation that is created at the start of the
development process. Budget, time, and scope are the most important constraints of project
management. Besides, in situations where ineffective teamwork can have serious
repercussions, like project management, team resilience is crucial (Hamsal et al., 2022).

Key stages of the project lifecycle and their importance to the success of a project
According to Olanrewaju et al. (2022), the project life cycle is a series of phases that a
company’s project passes through from the project initiation to closure. Enshassi et al. (2016)
asserted the five stages of the project life cycle involve initiation, planning, executing,
controlling/monitoring, and closing. This report is emphasizing a project that is based on the
business recovery of Tesco to meet the challenges posed by unexpected events and disasters,
as businesses around the world need to react in agile and decisive ways. In the wake of the
recent global pandemic, learning the right lessons and building resilience provide an
opportunity for businesses to turn disruptions into advantages (Belhadi et al., 2021). The
stages of the project lifecycle with respect to the chosen firm is discussed below:

Project initiation
The aim of Tesco Plc. is to develop an effective project charter as well as stakeholder
analysis in this phase. It will help the organization attain an effective roadmap for building a
resilient organization through resilient leadership and resilient teams. The elements of the
project charter involve what Tesco needs to accomplish and align with the company’s
mission and vision including business case, project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline,
issues, and risk, etc.

Project planning
This stage determines the infrastructure of the project that helps in achieving the goals and
defining the project management plan of Tesco Plc. Thus, this phase includes the project
scope, work breakdown structure, and timeline, etc. This stage also involves the analyses of
quantitative and qualitative risk.

Project execution
In this phase, Tesco progresses a project plan into action. This phase involves effective
management of project teams and achieving the goals in a set timeframe and benchmark
(Willar et al., 2021). This is the most crucial stage of project management as proper execution
helps to complete the project within the time and cost.

Project controlling
Project controlling helps in keeping an effective track of actual business progress and action
plan and helps in identifying deviations that help Tesco to implement corrective actions to
attain the set goals and objectives on time (Brannen et al., 2020).

Project closing
This is the final stage that will help Tesco to attain successful completion of the project and
will help in taking the approval of the stakeholders, customers, and project sponsors
(Chapman, 2019).

Project Management Plan (PMP)


A project management plan is developed to understand the underlying processes and
operational determinants that control each of these determinants (Pergl et al., 2019).
According to Heras‐Saizarbitoria et al. (2022), each multinational organization is working to
start a worldwide leading position. They hope to reach the final objective of the international
market through appropriate commercial involvement. As the project shows, the impact of
unexpected events and disasters, on Tesco Plc must be considered. This involves businesses
identifying capabilities and needs to strengthen, refactor, reopen, rehire, re-budget, and
resupply by creating long-term plans that allow for scaling up. Having an adequate project
management plan will help Tesco carry out international projects in a comprehensive and
coherent manner. The factors of the project management plan involve project scope, aims,
objectives, goals, cost, timelines, risk analysis, and project deliverables that are necessary to
keep a project on track and will help Tesco to build a resilient organization.

PMP Factors

1. Project Deliverable
The effective development of a resilient organization through resilient leadership and resilient
teams is the anticipated outcome of this research. The study investigated whether workforce
resilience is an essential asset for sustaining an organization's performance and health. In
addition, the research demonstrates how team resources and organizational practices
significantly influence team resilience to increase an organization's resilience.

2. Project cost
It is necessary for Tesco Plc to make capital estimates of the assets in its organizational plan
to plan business overseas. Reliable resource planning is needed to allow Tesco to effectively
build a resilient organization through resilient leadership and resilient teams. Expenses should
be estimated by studying the costs of the product in the target country. Labor prices, tax rates
and classifications necessary to obtain resources must be maintained.

3. Project Timeline
A proper schedule for project management is required to complete a project on time. The
project plan can be successfully and punctually carried out with the assistance of this
schedule and timeline. According to Gido and Clements (2014), it is necessary to know
which tasks must be completed first in order to comprehend the amount of time required for a
project. Tesco's project to build a resilient organization is a small one. However, due to its
membership in SME, the organization requires additional time to arrange resources and costs.
The consultant team estimates that the study will take 12 weeks, or 3 months, to complete
successfully.

4. Project Quality
Aartsengel and Kurtoglu (2013) state that a research project's validity and dependability
determine its quality. It determines whether or not the study is trustworthy and credible. A
researcher cannot assert that his or her research result can be utilized in the real world without
all of these elements. Thus, the project's efficiency in achieving its goals and objectives was
the determining factor in determining its quality. It will be considered a high-quality project
if the research's aim and objectives are met.

5. Project Communication
Developing a successful plan management document necessitates effective communication,
according to (Wuni and Shen, 2020), which organizes management and gives it meaning. The
research project requires teamwork, so the work pattern may be disrupted if communication
is not effective and prompt. Communication is essential throughout the project, from
establishing the objectives to collecting data, analyzing research, and receiving feedback until
the final submission. According to Kiznyte, Welker, and Dechange (2016), the following
work plan should be used to move forward with the research by selecting a consistent and
cost-effective communication medium. It is necessary to obtain the opposition's consent and
the feedback of other team members after completing each task. Despite the fact that the
research team decided to use Zoom for the virtual meeting and Whatsapp primarily for phone
conversations, the cost of communication was reduced, and time was saved as a result.
Through Gmail, necessary documents were shared. Through various virtual networking sites,
physical communication barriers can be ignored. At the time of the survey, the team decided
to use a Google form rather than a paper questionnaire.

Moreover, communication with the tutor was necessary for the project's implementation in
order to have useful guidelines and instructions. Thus, email and WhatsApp were used to
communicate with peers and co-workers for this purpose.

6. Project Risk
There is a risk of falling with every footstep in projects (Wysocki, 2011). Besides, the
research project runs the risk of not finding the secondary data it needs in this situation. There
is also the possibility that respondents to the primary data collection survey will not provide

information that is true. Additionally, secondary data may not be subject to CRAAP testing.
Moreover, since this is a small project with a small budget, even the smallest task can cost
more than you can imagine. According to Kiznyte, Welker, and Dechange (2016), financial
constraints are a major issue. The limitation on time is another major risk, as 12 weeks for
complete research is insufficient, especially when the research result has a significant impact
on a very important Tesco decision. Therefore, the research team may take preventative
measures to determine the research finding by the deadline by first identifying all risks.

7. Project Resources
The necessary research materials and capital are project resources (Liang et al., 2021). There
is no other source of research data that can ensure the accuracy of a righteous research
execution; however, it does improve the quality of the research. According to MacLean et al.
(2021), if the resources are not gathered in a timely manner, the research may remain
incomplete after the deadline has passed. Therefore, organizing the necessary research to
guarantee that the tasks will be finished on time and to the highest possible standard. The
resources that are available for Tesco are listed below:

Internal assets: capital, talent employees, financial information, market information, free
telecommunication, research/statistical software like Excel, and employee experiences
(Aartsengel and Kurtoglu, 2013).

External assets: Computer, digital communication tools, virtual platforms, books, articles,
journals, and brand image.

Project Aim
This small-scale research project aims to gain insights into building a resilient organization
through resilient leadership and teams. Thus, focusing on a case study of Tesco Plc.

Project Objectives
The project adheres to cover the following objectives:

1. To understand the concept of a resilient organization.

2. To identify and examine the strategies that could be used to develop resilient teams -
that will lead to building resilient organizations.

3. To identify and examine the leadership approaches and traits that could be used to
develop resilient leadership that will lead to building a resilient organization.

4. To make recommendations on how leadership and teams of Tesco Plc need to be


improved to make it a resilient organization.

Work Breakdown Structure


The research study's work breakdown structure outlines how the entire study will be
completed within the allotted time frame. The standard order in which the project tasks are
broken down is a heretical outline. Coordinating the project task with its scope, budget, and
schedule, it makes the work on the project easier to manage (Burghate, 2018). This research's
work breakdown structure is meant to be used as a project management document, as it is
provided in Appendix A.

Gantt Chart
A display that plots the project's work plan against a predetermined timetable is called a
Gantt chart (Geraldi and Lechter, 2012). Typically, project management makes use of it. This
chart is created by the researcher following the breakdown of work. Thus, the Gantt chart for
this project is discussed in Appendix B.

Literature Review
According to McEwen and Boyd (2018), as an important framework for ensuring
adaptability, performance, and well-being throughout the organization as a whole, an
organization turns to resilience in response to the growing number of challenges it faces on
the employee, team, and organizational levels. Besides, supporting an organization during
times of uncertainty, change, disruption, or any negative event relies heavily on its resilience.

In contrast, Olsson et al. (2015) and Van Breda (2018) contended that resilience is both a
process and an outcome. According to Lederesma (2014), this idea is referred to as
"thriving," and it is defined as "going beyond the original level of functioning and growing
despite the situation." In addition, Hartwig et al. (2020) argued that a workforce's resilience is
a crucial asset for sustaining an organization's performance and health in the face of
adversity. However, Suryaningtyas et al. (2019) argued that resilience within an organization
could assist in enhancing market share and reputation, reducing government intervention, and
providing organizations with opportunities to advance. In situations where ineffective
teamwork can have serious repercussions, like project management, team resilience is crucial.
As per Vera et al. (2017), team resilience used to be thought of as a fixed characteristic of
organizations. In situations where ineffective teamwork can have serious repercussions, like
project management, team resilience is crucial. Nevertheless, in turbulent times, resilient
teams are more likely to be productive, agile, and innovative (Sharma and Sharma, 2016). On
the contrary, when confronted with adversity, the difference between a resilient team and one
that is not resilient may be the difference between surviving and failing (Vera et al., 2017).
According to Sharma and Sharma (2016), teams that demonstrate the capacity to either
overcome adversity, manage and adapt to major challenges or stress, or recover from a
negative experience are less likely to encounter intimidating situations.

However, Iqbal and Piwowar-Sulej (2022) investigated sustainable leadership, resilience,


environmental turbulence, and the well-being of SMEs' employees. The authors demonstrated
that the link between employee well-being and sustainable leadership is mediated by
employee resilience. Resilience is built on how the team interacts, as resilience is a dynamic
process. According to Moga (2017), team members must have mutual understanding and
trust. Thus, effective team communication, coordination, and cooperation are necessary for a
resilient team to develop mutual understanding and trust (Hartwig et al., 2020).

Likewise, leadership also plays a crucial role in team resilience. A transformational


leadership style demonstrates strong team identity and team support, and leaders who have a
sense of belonging to the team can increase the team's willingness to contribute to the group's
goals during difficult times (Bowers et al., 2017). However, providing the team with
guidance, training, and additional resources to ensure the normal operation is one
transformational leadership trait. However, challenges, support, and resources are all part of
the role that transformational leadership plays in building resilience.

Furthermore, assets and resources play a crucial role in building team resilience. McEwen et
al. (2018) emphasized how resources have been used at the team and organization levels. The

team is able to function efficiently with adequate team resources like social support,
feedback, and the learning culture, in addition to people, budget, IT support, delegation, and
authorization (Moga, 2017). The team's resilience will increase in proportion to the team's
resources. Consequently, organizations turn to resilience as a crucial framework for ensuring
adaptability, productivity, and well-being across the board (Yates et al., 2015).

Research Methods/Design
It is significant to properly select and apply the methodological elements to start the
relevance of the project management process. The research methodology is the backbone of
any project because in this configuration it depends on the entire analysis process (Hillson,
2017; Flick, 2011). Below are the methodological elements of this research project:

Research approach and philosophy


The interpretivism philosophy was utilized in this study to effectively accomplish the
research's goal. The scholar has utilized ideas from epistemological and interpretive paradigm
philosophy throughout this study. As a result, it is essential to acquire knowledge and a wide
range of perspectives on social events with the assistance of interpretivism philosophy
(Tomaszewski et al., 2020). In a similar vein, the interpretivism philosophy was utilized in
this study to gather participants personal experiences in order to obtain comprehensive
information regarding the current topic of building resilient organisations through resilient
leadership and resilient teams. In addition, the inductive method was chosen for this study to
collect participant data and evidence. In contrast, the inductive approach is important for a
research project because it allows participants' personal experiences to be included in a more
in-depth investigation of the topics, theories, and concepts being studied (Azungah, 2018).

Research method
A researcher's research method can be defined as the various steps they take to respond to the
research questions in the right way. Both qualitative and qualitative research are being used
in this study. It appears to be the only qualitative study because the research aims to create a
resilient organization through resilient teams and resilient leadership. However, in order for
the study to be useful and applicable in a business setting, it also requires some quantitative
analysis (Saunders et al., 2012).

Sampling technique and sample size


When conducting research, sampling is one of the most significant considerations (Chawla
and Sodhi, 2011). The researcher chose the best sample by employing simple random
sampling. This is true because the probability of bias was lower with this method of sampling
than with the other method. In addition, Tesco employees made up the sample's 15
participants. The researcher believes that it is the appropriate sample size because of the
limited time allotted for the study.

Data Collection
Data is one of the most crucial aspects of research; consequently, selecting the appropriate
approach is essential for dependable outcomes (Saunders et al., 2012). Because it is so simple
to use a graphical representation, the quantitative primary method was used in this study. The
researcher created a questionnaire (Appendix C) as part of the survey that covers everything
the researcher wants to know regarding Tesco as a resilient organization. However, in order
to support findings, secondary data was also used. The primary and secondary methods used
in the project had helped in attaining effective facts and findings for the project. The primary
research guarantees that the information collected for this research is relevant and up-to-date,
specific to the research goals, deliverables, and objectives (Gray, 2016). However, the
utilization of secondary research was cost-effective and helped in collecting a wide range of
information regarding team resilience, organization resilience, and leadership traits.

Data Analysis
Choosing a suitable analyzing technique is a vital procedure to make research authentic
(Saunders et al., 2012). Thus, the data in this research was analyzed using a graphical
representation in Excel. The justification for analyzing data through this technique was the
ease of use since graphs make data more comprehensible which results in making data
comparisons more efficient.

Data Sources
Since this project involves collection of data from both primary and secondary data collection
technique. Hence, primary data was collected using a questionnaire which responses are
collected from Tesco’s employees. On the other hand, secondary data was taken from
articles, journals, and peer-reviewed papers to support our primary findings to make genuine
research.

Ethical considerations
The most important ethical consideration that could have posed a problem for the researcher
was the participants' informed consent. In order to accomplish this, the researcher sends an
email outlining the purpose of the data collection, the research's goals, and its intended use.
Another potential source of ethical issues for the researcher to contend with is data
manipulation. Nevertheless, it was resolved by ensuring that the raw data were utilized.
Besides, the confidentiality of participants was maintained by assigning acronyms to
participants to hide their identity, Lastly, the data provided by participants were not altered or
misused to maintain the study's authenticity.

Results
This section of the report presents findings from the collected data in form of tables and
different types of charts. The results section was segregated into two parts namely
demographics (involving age and gender info) and main questions regarding the topic. The
findings were then supported by secondary evidence in discussion section.

Demographics
The participants were first asked about their age and gender. Demographics in figure 1
showed the age of the respondents. Results showed that majority of participants belong to 34
to 43 years whereas, only 33% of Tesco employees involved in this research were 24 to 33
years. In contrast, 27% of participants were above 44 years of age. On the other hand, figure
2 showed the gender profile of participants. Figure 2 demonstrated that 40% of participants
were females while males represent 60% of sample. From these results, it can be suggested
that service industry in male-dominated.

Main Questions from questionnaire


The participants were then inquired about research topic. Concerning team resilience,
participants were asked whether they re-evaluate their performance to improvise themselves
and respond to feedback. Results in figure 3 showed that 46% of participants agreed that team
resilience helps them improve themselves by responding to feedbacks provided to them.
Whereas, 20% of population responded neutral and 20% disagreed by the researcher’s
statement.

Figure 4 showed the results regarding the impact of leadership on organisational and team
resilience in Tesco. Outcomes from survey showed that participants majority disagree with
the statement suggesting that transformational leadership might not be suitable for building a
resilient organisation since transformation leadership pose challenges for team. In contrast,
only 1 participant strongly agree with the relationship of transformational leadership with
team resilience.

Moreover, participants were further inquired about team resources which played a significant
role in resilient organisations. Figure 5 and Figure 6 depicts the results regarding this
question. Findings showed that majority participants as a whole agree that special skills are
the necessary team resources for efficient team resilience and their team possessed these

In addition, figure 7 showed the outcomes regarding team resilience. Figure 7 depicts that
majority respondents (10 in total) agreed that individuals have a shared understanding of the
team’s mission and can fill in wherever needed to ensure smooth functioning of the team.

Lastly, participants were asked about access to adequate resources to allow positive adaptive
response to approach a wide variety of possible events. The results depicted in figure 8
showed that 7 participants i.e., majority agreed that adequate sources for positive adaptive
response are vital for team resilience in order to build Tesco a resilient organisation.

Discussion
The findings showed that in order to build a resilient organisation, team resources, team
resilience and leadership plays a pivotal role. These findings are consistent with Zimmerman
(2013), who argued that during turbulent times, resilient teams are more likely to be
productive, agile, and innovative. In addition, intimidating situations are less likely to have a
negative impact on teams that demonstrate the ability to overcome adversity, manage and
adapt to major challenges or stress, or recover from a negative experience.

Besides, the findings of Morgan et al. (2013) also support the present research. According to
Morgan et al. (2013), in light of the significance of resources in resilience theory, a resilient
team must have sufficient resources at the team level. Teams perform well when they have
enough resources. In order for them to make decisions in the face of uncertainty, they require
delegation. They also require feedback and social support when they are stressed or need
direction.

Furthermore, transformational leadership has grown rapidly since the 1990s, as demonstrated
by Girardi and Rubim Sarate (2021). However, current study demonstrated that the team's
resilience is unaffected by the transformational leadership style. As a result, leaders need to
be able to change how they lead and switch between different behaviours to meet the
demands of innovation (Bledow et al., 2011). Thus, the findings overall concluded that team
resilience and appropriate leadership traits and styles are crucial to successful project
management.

Value of the Project Management Process


Tesco has set a specific objective to gain a deeper understanding of the impact that
multinational companies will face as they globalize their operations and become resilient
organization. The objectives set by Tesco must be achieved effectively, so researchers try to
ensure that the project process is completely fair. To evaluate various aspects of the study,

methodological tools were effectively selected. To obtain a good analysis result, a reason
related to each selected tool was provided. By combining quantitative and qualitative
research analysis, research readers can obtain the best understanding (Salomon, 2016).

Reflection/ Performance Review


In this section, I will concentrate on the lesson I have gained from the project and its value in
achieving its stated goals. First, I will talk about how much the project is worth. I was
successful in achieving the goals because I followed the procedure. I created a project
management strategy to begin with in order to accomplish the goals of this research. That
includes the procedure that I will carry out because I included all of the components, and it
was successful. Then, in order to evaluate the secondary data I had gathered, I carried out a
literature review. It was crucial that I have the opportunity to compare primary and secondary
data. The next step is to select the most suitable research methodology for the study. After
that, I started looking at the data and concentrating on the result which makes it clear that I
was able to successfully complete a methodical process in order to arrive at my conclusion.
This guarantees that I have accomplished each and every goal. The findings of this research
include the business's strategies, the issue it faces, and solutions to those issues.

I also learn new things through this project. I have learned how to manage a project, how to
communicate with others, what the methodology is, and how to evaluate the results
(Hargreaves and Page, 2013). I have mastered these, though not all of them were easy for me
however, I successfully conducted the literature review and developed the project
management plan.

In contrast, I had to deal with difficulties when analyzing the data, I gathered. Since finding a
solution to this problem was important to me, I asked the teacher for help. This ensured that I
have the tools I need to deal with the issue. I was able to solve the problem with the help of
the teacher and the online resources, and I can say that it has become a strength.

The objective of determining the actual appearance of a resilient workspace can be met
successfully by the project which is clearly depicted in the report's findings and
recommendation section.

Moreover, the research team's evaluation and assessment were carried out correctly. The
study's conclusion was logical and in line with my expectations. Although all of the work was
well-organized and carried out in accordance with the instructions, I believe that the primary
data analysis and project management plan were superior to my expectations.

The project management plan concentrated on each and every essential requirement for
stress-free and unrestricted research. I believe it was a rational study from a variety of
perspectives. As the underlying commencement made areas of strength for a Project
Management Plan and the exploration can be assessed as a great examination.

In addition to displaying the respondent's result, primary data analysis provides a brief
explanation of the logic behind the researchers' consent. Establishing the research objective

and carrying out the survey and interview were the primary issues that arose during the
project. After the project's work had just begun, the goal had to be changed. As a result,
remaking the WBS, Gantt chart, and Project Management Plan consumes too much time. Due
to the interviewees' busy schedules, I had to reschedule the interview several times.

For this project, I have learned a lot about time management, research strategies, and making
a plan. On the other hand, the project's primary flaws are its insufficient length; There are no
in-depth explanations due to the small sample size. The book for a project management plan
is very similar to a CDP plan. I created a project logbook because a CDP routine was required
for the CDP plan. I had to make sure that my weekly logbook activities were in line with my
schedule for continuing professional development while I was working on this project.

Limitations of the Research and Future Research Recommendations


Despite the fact that this research provides a deeper comprehension of the crucial role that
resilience plays in leadership, teams, and organizations, the study's findings are restricted to
the workplace contexts it examines, such as the use of small sample sizes. As a result, the
discussion of how resilience and other aspects interact may grow in the future. In addition,
the underlying mechanism that links the paradoxical perspective to resilient attitudes remains
largely a mystery (Yu et al., 2022). Therefore, additional research is required to reveal the
interaction between leadership resilience and paradoxical perceptions. Resilient attitudes can
be studied in more detail to see how they translate into actions when faced with difficulties
(Hamsal et al., 2022).

Conclusion
Concluding, it can be said that this task effectively recognized the fact that the management
of a successful business project involves the implementation and decomposition of project
deliverables into a small number of deliverables. Lastly, when each of the above was
delivered, the final result was provided. It was also noted that to be profitable, leading
multinational organizations must become resilient. In addition, from legal obstacles to
cultural differences, there are numerous responsibilities to implement a project as a whole.
That is why it is significant to adopt successful management of business projects. This
method of managing the various problems related to a single project allows the organization
to guarantee extreme productivity and the use of allocated possessions. It will also benefit
them to monitor every part and take the essential measures in case of emergency.
